Im IdeenCafé trefft ihr nicht nur Robert oder Johanna, um eure Fragen und Ideen zu Mikroprojekten zu besprechen, sondern findet auch Raum für kreatives Coworking.
Wir unterstützen euch gerne bei der kreativen Ideenfindung und bei der Realisierung eures eigenen Recycling- oder Upcycling-Projekts.
Gleichzeitig gibt es aber auch ganz praktisch etwas zu tun …
Bei KlamotteKreativ dürft ihr gemeinsam mit Anna Wandelt und Samia Abed Hand anlegen:
Was geliebt ist, aber nicht mehr funktioniert, wird neu belebt.
Anstatt sich von geliebten Kleidungsstücken und anderen Textilien zu trennen, sobald sich Löcher zeigen, Ränder aufribbeln, Flecken die Optik stören oder andere Schäden die Funktion beeinträchtigen, finden wir kreative Wege, das Material zu erhalten oder ihm ein neues Leben zu geben.
Ein Wandbild aus alten Hemden, eine Patchworkdecke aus Pullovern für Hund oder Katze, kleine Löcher, die durch buntes, kreatives Stopfen zum Hingucker werden, oder eine alte Jeans, die zusammen mit kaputten Ohrringen zum neuen Statement-Piece wird – der Kreativität sind keine Grenzen gesetzt.
Wer macht´s?
Samia Abed ist in Nabeul (Tunesien) geboren und lebt in Oberhausen. Seit mehreren Jahren ist sie in der internationalen Oberhausener Gemeinschaft als aktive Kulturarbeiterin bekannt.
Anna Wandelt ist in Polen geboren und aufgewachsen und lebt seit 1980 in Deutschland. Nach ihrem Berufsleben als Sprachdozentin und Integrationsfachfrau widmet sie sich heute der nachhaltigen, kreativen Textilarbeit und -kunst. Ganz nach Vivienne Westwood: Buy less, choose well and make it yourself!

At the IdeenCafé, you will not only meet Robert or Johanna to discuss your questions and ideas for microprojects, but you will also find space for creative coworking.

Things that are loved but no longer work are given a new lease of life.
Instead of parting with beloved garments and other textiles as soon as holes appear, edges fray, stains spoil the look or other damage impairs their function, we find creative ways to preserve the material or give it a new lease of life.
A mural made from old shirts, a patchwork blanket made from jumpers for dogs or cats, small holes that become eye-catching thanks to colourful, creative darning, or old jeans that become a new statement piece together with broken earrings – there are no limits to creativity.
Who is doing it?
Samia Abed was born in Nabeul (Tunisia) and lives in Oberhausen. She has been known as an active cultural worker in the international community of Oberhausen for several years.
Anna Wandelt was born and raised in Poland and has lived in Germany since 1980. After a career as a language teacher and integration specialist, she now devotes herself to sustainable, creative textile work and art. True to Vivienne Westwood's motto: Buy less, choose well and make it yourself!
